Engineering & Load Review
We review the structural engineer’s load requirements and site geotech before a single pile goes in the ground.
Florida · New construction only
Precision Piling Solutions installs engineered helical pile foundations for new-construction homes, commercial buildings, and pools statewide across Florida, built for general contractors and structural engineers who need a foundation sub they can stop worrying about.
Positioning
General contractors and structural engineers have had to take foundation work on faith. Precision Piling ends that.
Every pile is a torque-documented helical pile matched to the engineered load, and every job leaves with a complete torque-and-depth record. We’re the sub you stop having to think about once the foundation’s in the ground.
Scope
If the job is repair, marine, or direct-to-homeowner, we are not the sub.
Process
We review the structural engineer’s load requirements and site geotech before a single pile goes in the ground.
We confirm permits, Notice of Commencement, and utility locates are in place before mobilizing. No documentation, no install.
Piles are installed with hydraulic equipment that logs torque continuously as each pile reaches design depth.
Every job ends with a torque-and-depth record for every pile, delivered to the GC and engineer of record.
Why helical piles
Helical piles are steel shafts with engineered helical plates that screw into the ground, much like a large screw, until they reach load-bearing soil. Unlike driven timber piles, they install with minimal vibration and no spoil removal, carry load immediately with no concrete cure time, and their capacity is verified in real time through installation torque, not estimated after the fact. In Florida’s mix of loose sand, expansive clay, and karst limestone, that gives general contractors and engineers a screw pile foundation for new construction that performs consistently and keeps schedules moving, hurricane season or not.
Core values
We don’t mobilize on a job that isn’t properly permitted, even under schedule pressure.
All work comes through a licensed GC or engineer. No exceptions.
Every pile is sized to the engineered load and soil conditions, never a standard spec sheet.
If the torque log doesn’t support the design load, we add piles at our own cost rather than tell the engineer it’s met.

About
Precision Piling Solutions was founded in 2026 by Aidan Heimbach, built around one rule: don’t take work that didn’t come through a GC or engineer, and don’t install a pile without complete engineering documentation, even when it costs the job.
