About Precision Piling Solutions
Precision Piling Solutions is a Florida helical pile contractor for new-construction work only. We install engineered foundations for homes, commercial buildings, and pools, torque-documented for general contractors and structural engineers. We do not repair settled structures, and we do not take jobs that did not come through a GC or engineer.
Founder
Founded on two rules
Precision Piling Solutions was founded in 2026 by Aidan Heimbach, built around one rule: don’t take work that didn’t come through a GC or engineer, and don’t install a pile without complete engineering documentation, even when it costs the job.
Positioning
General contractors and structural engineers have had to take foundation work on faith. Precision Piling ends that.
Every pile is a torque-documented helical pile matched to the engineered load, and every job leaves with a complete torque-and-depth record. We’re the sub you stop having to think about once the foundation’s in the ground.
Scope
What we do and what we won’t
If the job is repair, marine, or direct-to-homeowner, we are not the sub.
What we do
- New-construction and pre-construction helical pile and helical pier installation for homes, commercial buildings, and pools
- Subcontract foundation work for licensed house-lifting / elevation contractors. We install the new pile foundation; we do not perform the lift
- Work that comes through a general contractor or structural engineer
What we don’t do (yet)
- Foundation repair or underpinning of existing, settled structures
- Marine or waterfront structures (seawalls, docks, bulkheads)
- Direct-to-homeowner work that doesn’t come through a GC or engineer

Every pile is sized to the engineered load and soil conditions, never a standard spec sheet.
We Don’t Guess on Capacity
If the torque log doesn’t support the design load, we add piles at our own cost rather than tell the engineer it’s met.
